2015-16 NHL Win Totals

BetOnline recently posted win totals for the 2015-16 NHL regular season. In an interesting twist, the Anaheim Ducks and Tampa Bay Lightning were projected to win the most games this season (48.5) even though the Chicago Blackhawks (47.5 wins) actually have the best odds of winning the Stanley Cup at +800. Keep in mind these are win totals only and not total points (which would include overtime losses).

The table below displays the current win totals for all 30 NHL teams and will be updated as additional books post their lines.

Based on these win totals, we are able to project the potential first round playoff matchups for each conference.

Eastern Conference

#1 Tampa Bay Lightning vs. #8 Detroit Red Wings

#2 Pittsburgh Penguins vs. #7 Montreal Canadiens

#3 New York Rangers vs. #6 New York Islanders

#4 Washington Capitals vs. #5 Columbus Blue Jackets
