In MLB it pays to bet against the public

MLB Square Plays enjoyed a monster August 2010 winning +6 units for the month. A $50 bettor would be up $300 in August. ($50 x 6 = $300) Not bad for a simple betting systems consisting of betting against the public. We use the betting trends data found on SportsInsights.com to determine the 3 most lopsided bet games, and then we bet against the public. Lopsided public betting action causes bloated moneylines, leaving a lot of money on the table for bettors willing to go against the grain and taking the other side.
