Christmas Eve Prop of the Day
When using the Prop Dashboard from Fantasy Labs for the NFL slate, I usually like to find QB’s with a big discrepancy in total passing yards. I also tend to go for Overs that Fantasy Labs is projecting since they can hit before the game even ends. Unfortunately most of Sunday’s QB projections were in line with the available prop bets around the market, so I decided to take a gander at other positions like RB and WR.
There are some potentially good ‘Over’ picks including Christian McCaffrey receiving yards and Kenny Golladay receiving yards, but an ‘Under’ projection for a RB really caught my eye: Orleans Darkwa. Fantasy Labs is projecting just 25.5 rushing yards while Bovada’s prop is listed at 36.8 rushing yards.
The 32% discrepancy is high, and Darkwa has rushed for fewer than 33 yards in each of his past four games. His touches have come down, and the Giants have other options like Wayne Gallman and Shane Vereen at RB. Against a pretty solid Arizona run defense, there’s great value on taking the Under for Darkwa’s rushing yardage.
