2016 NFL Week 14 Early Lines

2016 NFL Week 14 Early Lines

On Tuesday evening, the Westgate Las Vegas Superbook posted some early lines for the NFL Week 14 slate of games. These odds are subject to change, but they offer an excellent reference point for next week’s games — especially for bettors looking to capitalize on week-to-week overreactions.

The Cleveland Browns and Tennessee Titans will both be well rested following their bye week, but bettors may be shocked to see the Browns only listed as 3.5-point underdogs in their Week 14 matchup with the Bengals.

Although the Bengals have underperformed this season and underdogs have historically performed well in divisional games, the Browns are still winless this season. Casual bettors love fading the Browns and the preseason lookahead line for this game was Bengals -7.5, so I wouldn’t be surprised to see oddsmakers shade the opening line to Bengals -4 or -4.5.

The line below shows the Westgate’s odds for every Week 14 matchup.

Thursday, December 8, 2016
Oakland Raiders at Kansas City Chiefs (-3.5)

Sunday, December 11, 2016
Pittsburgh Steelers  (-1.5) at Buffalo Bills
