Last season 49ers linebacker NaVorro Bowman led the league with 154 combined tackles, which includes both solo and assists. During the 2014 NFL season, Panthers linebacker Luke Kuechly led the league with 153 combined tackles. Those two players are the early front-runners to lead the league during the upcoming campaign.
On Thursday, July 21, the offshore sportsbook Bet365 posted odds for 29 different players to lead the league in tackles with Kuechly (+300) listed as a slight favorite over Bowman (+350). Lavonte David, who finished third in each of the past two seasons, has the third-shortest odds at +650.
The table below displays the latest odds from Bet365. It will be updated as new information becomes available.
