Do MLB Home Teams Have a Case of the Mondays?

Monday can be one of the more interesting days in baseball. Every team in the league plays over the weekend and while many teams will receive their day off on Monday, there is consistently an ample slate of  games. This is a common travel day, but does either team hold an advantage?

Fear the Brow: Who Do Oddsmakers Think Will Be Selected After Anthony Davis?

The NBA draft is scheduled for tomorrow night, and the fireworks have already begun. Bovada recently posted their future odds and surprise, surprise, they anticipate a re-match of this year’s finals with both Miami and Oklahoma listed as 5/2 favorites to take home the Larry O’Brien trophy. Neither team has any rotation players hitting free agency and will return the core of their lineup next season, but with the NBA draft scheduled for Thursday night, there could be a lot of wheeling and dealing that may impact these odds.

Bryce Harper or Mike Trout? That’s a Clown Question, Bro

Over the first two months of the season, the success of the league’s two youngest players has astonished fans across the league while creating a riveting narrative. More importantly, Mike Trout and Bryce Harper have rejuvenated their big market teams with their youthful enthusiasm and have helped put both teams into the thick of the playoff hunt.
