The Sports Insights app, which is available for the iPhone & iPad, Android phone and Andriod tablet, is a must-have for any sports bettor. This free mobile app offers odds from over 50 Las Vegas and offshore sportsbooks, public betting trends from our 7 contributing sportsbooks, line watcher alerts and much more. While many features are available only to Sportsbook Insider customers, the Sports Insights app is a valuable tool for bettors of all levels.

After downloading the Sports Insights app, you will be asked to register your email address. If you’re an existing user, simply enter your case-sensitive email and password. Once you have successfully logged in, you will see the dashboard complete with odds from a number of market setting sportsbooks as well as our public betting percentages.

Navigating the App

One important tip is simply knowing how to navigate the app. To change sports and set up your “My Games”, select the drop down tab in the upper right hand corner. Use the drop down tab in the upper left corner to change between odds, picks (best bets), bet signals (steam moves and reverse line movement alerts), line watcher, blog, breaking news, injuries and futures.

Game Details

Click on any game, and you’ll see the latest injuries in addition to setting up line watcher alerts. Sportsbook Insider Pro members will also be able to see any bet signals that have been triggered and view the breakdown of our public betting trends at each of our seven contributing sportsbooks.

Sportsbook Insider members also have the option to view 1H (first half) or 2H (second half) lines.

Customize It

You can customize the app in a number of different ways. By clicking the left-side drop down tab and selecting settings, you’ll see the following three options:

1. General Settings: Change time zone, edit odds format, order by game time or rotation number and configure push alerts.
2. Sportsbooks: Select your choice of 10 sportsbooks.
3. Line Watcher Books: Select sportsbooks from which you’ll receive line watcher alerts.

When you click on a game, you will also see a slider with lines from your sportsbooks. By clicking on any of these lines, you can see full line histories at that particular sportsbook. That includes every single line movement since opening for the spread/runline, moneyline and over/under.

Using the Line Watcher

We mentioned the Line Watcher earlier, but you may not be familiar with this unique feature. The Line Watcher allows you to create pop-up or email alerts that are triggered whenever a selected game moves to a desired line at your selected sportsbook.

Want to bet on Baltimore +7, but your sportsbook is only offering them at +6.5? Simply set up a line watcher alert on the game, and you will automatically be notified when it hits +7.
