The "Settings" page allows members to set up Email & Pop U Alerts. You can
choose which sports you want to receive alerts, frequency, and how the alerts
are delivered (email or pop-up). After you customize your alerts make sure
you change your browser settings to ACCEPT POP-UPS FROM SPORTSINSIGHTS.COM. If
you don't our pop alerts will be filter by your browser.
Click on the "Misc" folder within the "Settings" page in order to customize
your Time Zone info and Pricing Format (Decimal, Fractional, Amercian).
Now to the exciting stuff! We've spent a lot of time and energy
improving the Live Odds page. The layout is the same. The major improvements are
all working behind the scenes making the page load faster, plus we've
added some new features to make the page more user friendly.
Colored Line Move Highlights
At our members suggestion we've moved away from the Yellow one time line
moves highlights to a multi-color format. When a sportsbook moves a line it is
highlighted in Red, shifting to Light Red, next to Blue, then finally
disappearing all together. No longer do members have to hit refresh in order to
view a clean line screen.
"Details" Box
The "Details" Box link is located in the "Info Column" of every
game and is your window into detailed game information. Simply put your arrow
over the word "Details" then click to view a pop up box with game info and links
to more in-depth statistics.
Pressure Indicators
You'll probably notice the Flashing Arrows next to the "# of Bets"
statistics. These are "Pressure Indicators". They simply indicate which
direction the betting odds are moving in regards to the last 3 line moves
(Spread or ML). The Pressure Indicators do not track Over/Under line movement.
The Pressure Indicators have NOTHING to do with the "# of Bets" statistics.
Click on the Flashing Arrows to view a pop up window with the last 5 line moves
for that game.
