Mid-Season Football and Early Season NBA/NHL  Update

Football Results

Please take a look at our previous articles on "Betting Against the Public" in the NFL and College Football.  These articles show results through last season.  Below is a chart on how this simple strategy has performed during the 2007 season through early November.  Betting against the public when the public is more than 75% on one side has yielded profits.

Betting against the public when the public is more than 75% on one side has yielded profits in this year's football season. College football has performed slightly better than the NFL using this method -- but the sample size isn't very significant.  Happily, however, these results are in line with many of the other studies SportsInsights has performed -- so that the results add to our confidence.  We hope that you will join SportsInsights and help put contrarian sports investing on your side!

Early NHL and Early NBA

We have recently published articles on the NHL and NBA.  In the early going, results have been spectacular, with the NHL gaining almost +20 units in just a few weeks -- and the NBA hitting a huge 72.7%!  Below is a summary of these results.
