NCAA Football Betting Trends – USC vs. Stanford

After losing to Washington by one point last week, the betting public is officially off the USC bandwagon. According to Sports Insights’ Betting Trends data, USC is receiving only 28% of spread bets and 38% of moneyline wagers. Saturday’s opponent, Stanford, opened as a 7-point favorite at CRIS and the lopsided betting has pushed the line up to -10. USC, as a double-digit underdog, is uncharted territory for anyone who followed this program through the Pete Carroll years, however, we have yet to see much buy-back in this game.
